I had a wonderful, peaceful stay at this lovely old cottage by the beach. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and the sea view from my room was amazing. The cottage had a beautiful garden room for guests to enjoy, and there were lots of interesting facts about the history of the cottage and village. It was the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing trip away.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Lovely modern place with everything you could want. Retreat to the summer house to relax, use the hot tub, and enjoy the beautiful view of the Solway Firth. Dog-friendly accommodation and nearby dog-friendly dining options. Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit salad. Super position with interesting history and a gorgeous garden room.

Felt very much at home, no complaints at all.

Loved the direct access to the beach from the beautiful garden, and the cozy summerhouse was an unexpected treat. Plus, free WiFi throughout the property!

Such a shame there was no hot tub in my room, I had to settle for the beach. How terrible!

The garden room is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The newly-built summer house offers a panoramic view of the Solway, creating a cozy atmosphere. The home-cooked breakfast is delicious, and there is ample provision for any requirements. The beach, though lacking in sand, is great for dogs.

Limited sandy area on the beach, but this is beyond the control of the hosts.
