Loved exploring Pendle from this perfect location! the room was spacious with a lovely view, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the on-site restaurant looked great, and the food was delicious. Great value for the price paid, plus the staff were always ready to help out!

The breakfast disappointed a bit - only continental without a cooked option. the bathroom felt a bit dated.

I recently stayed at The Old Stone Trough for a few days and it was a great experience. The location was perfect for my travel purpose and I found the staff to be very helpful. The bed in my room was incredibly soft, but surprisingly comfortable. The restaurant had a reasonable menu with reasonably priced and tasty food. The staff were all friendly and the overall atmosphere was welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at the Old Stone Trough. the size of the rooms and the quality of the furniture exceeded our expectations for the price. the rooms looked recently refurbished and the family suite felt like a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with separate lounge and bathroom. the staff were friendly and even gave us a better room than we had booked. the cooked breakfast was surprisingly good, with decent quality bacon, delicious black pudding, and well-cooked sausages. great value for money and a lovely space to relax.

The seating in the bar and restaurant is perfect for summer or winter, like I have nothing else to do but sit there all day. Great location for outdoor activities and the food is decent.

Oh, how I missed having a detachable shower head and wobbly benches outside. Really added to the charm.
