We got amazing value for our money at The Old Toll House. The cottage was super cozy, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely time enjoying the peaceful location and had a great night's sleep on the super comfy beds. The kitchen was spacious, and we loved having a real fire. The secure garden was perfect for our dog, and the easy access to footpaths and countryside was a bonus. The location was just a 10-minute drive from Telford, but it felt like we were in the country. The house itself had beautiful features and was warm and cozy. The little touches like milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, and chocolates made us feel really welcomed. Sally, the caretaker, provided a warm welcome and ensured everything we needed was provided. We can't wait to go back and stay longer next time, especially to explore the nearby museums.

The only thing that could make the breakfast offerings better would be to have more parking spaces on-site, especially for guests arriving in separate cars.

The beds were really comfy and the place was very well equipped. We also loved the location as it was great for visiting all the local attractions. Plus, it was dog-friendly which was a bonus for us and our furry friend.

There were not enough car parking spaces on site for us. We had two cars as we travelled from different directions, so it would have been brilliant to have two car parking spaces available.
