I recently stayed at the Old Wash House in Prestatyn, North Wales and it was a truly wonderful experience. The villa itself was small and cosy, but incredibly well-thought-out and never felt cramped. The hosts had taken care of all the little details to ensure a hassle-free and comfortable stay. From toiletries and tea/coffee facilities to dog treats, beds, and bowls, they had thought of everything. The homely touches such as comfy cushions, throws, and fairy lights added to the cozy atmosphere. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, yet respected our privacy. I must mention how dog-friendly the accommodation was. The owners went out of their way to make our furry friend feel comfortable, providing blankets to cover the sofa and fresh water upon arrival. The fact that they made such an effort made a huge difference in our dog's relaxation and allowed us to truly unwind. The location was perfect too, with beautiful walks along Barkby beach just a few minutes away. I can't recommend the Old Wash House highly enough. It's the perfect retreat for couples and dog owners.

A lovely little gem! We found this cottage to be a perfect location for visiting family, and it was also dog-friendly. The warm welcome we received after a long journey was really lovely, and the cottage had some delightful touches. It had everything we could have hoped for and more. We are definitely hoping to return to Old Wash House, Prestatyn Villa. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

The Old Wash House had everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. The host, Lyz, was fantastic - friendly, informative, and made us feel right at home. The location was excellent, with the beach and town easily accessible. our stay was perfect and we're already looking forward to returning next year.

I had a fantastic stay at the Old Wash House in Prestatyn. The compact accommodation was well-presented and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of both the town and the seafront, making it easy to explore the area. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding a personal touch to my experience. Despite the weak WiFi signal, which was not a deal breaker, I would highly recommend this charming cottage for a romantic getaway or a base for exploring North Wales. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
