Lacks cleanliness, with dust and cobwebs throughout the room and common areas. Separate toilet and shower facilities were not up to standard, and shared with staff and their family.

The hotel's location near the beach and close to the main attractions was perfect for exploring this city. Being in the town centre meant that everything was within easy reach. The friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great value for our money at this guest house. The room was spacious with comfortable beds, a dining table, and all the necessary amenities like tea, coffee, and a TV. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and the seafront. The staff was friendly and always available to help.

My recent stay at Elm Tree Guest House was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, with both the town center and the beach within walking distance. The proprietor, Sam, was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. The continental breakfast provided was tasty and had a good selection of options. I highly recommend Elm Tree Guest House for a delightful and enjoyable stay.

Enjoyed my stay over New Year's Eve - great location right in the center, with free parking bays nearby from 6 PM to 9 AM. the staff were friendly, and the room was spacious & clean. They offered 10% off the food bill if you had dinner in the guest house's restaurant, which was a bonus. the best part was the breakfast; a selection of cereals, pastries, toast, yoghurt, and freshly squeezed juice - perfect for a new year's day hangover!

There were some negative aspects. the shower and toilet were shared facilities.

Spacious room, great location in the center of town. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the option to take breakfast to our room. Easy on-street parking using coins or the MIPERMIT app. The street art in the area added a unique charm. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's central location near the town centre and right near the seafront made it convenient for us to explore this city.
