We loved the modern facilities and chic decor of the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to both the beach and the town with its restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was clean, modern, and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Plus, the added bonus of free car parking was a great perk.

I had an incredibly comfortable and luxurious stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close enough to all the local attractions that I was able to walk to wherever I wanted to go. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, in a quiet area, just back from the sea front. The room I stayed in was fantastic, with all the necessary amenities, including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved having a sitting area to relax in. The room was also soundproofed, so I had a peaceful night's sleep.

Had a wonderful Xmas break at this hotel. Enjoyed a complementary mulled wine and mince pie upon arrival which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the town and close to all the shops and attractions. the room was comfortable and cozy with soft bedding and a nice view.

The noise from the street was quite loud at night and kept me up for a while. the hot water in the shower was a bit of an issue, it took a while to get warm and then it was difficult to regulate the temperature.

The staff were really helpful, always on hand to assist with anything I asked for. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located not far from the train station and close enough to all the local attractions. It's just off the cliff and near Southbourne beach, making it an ideal location for beach lovers like me.

Lovely cosy hotel. Our king classic room was large and very clean. Comfy bed and good quality bedding. the beetroot risotto at dinner was amazing, best I've ever had. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. the hotel was in a great location, close to the beach and had free parking.

We stayed at this hotel and it was amazing. On arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly receptionist who made us feel at home. The room was massive, with very comfortable bedding, air conditioning, and everything we needed for a cozy stay. The staff was incredibly lovely, especially the chef who prepared breakfast early for us. We enjoyed the special menu and all the amenities that this place had to offer, such as the bar/lounge area, garden furniture, and leisure areas with free Wi-Fi. This venue is located in quiet surroundings, just a short walk from the town center and shops. We recommend this hotel to all looking for quality services and peaceful atmosphere.
