We had a very comfortable time during our business trip. the room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of storage space. the bed was comfortable, and the towels provided were large and fluffy. the hairdryer was conveniently located near a mirror, which made getting ready in the morning a breeze. there were spare accessible sockets available for charging our phones and devices. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served excellent meals throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the tasty lunches and evening meals. the location was great, with easy access to the town through a beautiful walk across the park and along the sea wall.

there was a slight issue with the heating in the room, as it was a bit chilly and the small heater provided wasn't enough to warm the room properly. there was a mix-up with the breakfast charges, as we were charged for a continental breakfast despite requesting tea and toast only.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, being close to the waterfront, pubs, and restaurants. We also loved how it was near the sea, making it a great choice for a seaside getaway. The proximity to the railway station was a bonus, making it convenient for us to explore the area.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Spent a weekend at a pub hotel in a lovely location by the water. Rooms were spacious and bright, equipped with everything one could need. the fantastic food at the restaurant was the highlight of the stay. the lively atmosphere added to the experience and made our meals even more delightful.

Rooms facing the car park can be a little noisy early in the morning which disturbed our sleep. Sometimes, service was delayed as there were not enough staff on duty.

We stayed at The Oyster Smack for a weekend wedding and were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and comfortable room, despite our initial reservations about staying in room no. 10. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was great. Despite a noisy party downstairs, we were not disturbed at all. The staff were friendly and the location was lovely. The croissants were amazing, and the size of the room was fantastic.

The room at The Oyster Smack was spacious and had an enormous bed. The bathroom was well-appointed, although I personally would have preferred a hand-held shower instead of the rain shower. It was convenient to have car parking right outside the room, making it easy to handle luggage. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

I had a lovely stay at a cozy and modern room at Oyster Smack. The room had everything I needed and was very clean and comfortable. Despite a few minor inconveniences, like a bit of noise from staff in the parking area at night and a small window on the door that let in some light, I truly enjoyed my time at Oyster Smack. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch, creating a calm and professional atmosphere. The service was attentive and friendly, without being overbearing.
