I gotta say, the value for money at Palace Hill was on point. Clean room, hot shower, and a comfy bed that made me feel like I was sleeping on clouds. Plus, the location was perfect, just a street away from the seaside. And let me tell ya, the staff treated us like royalty. They were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast items could use a bit more variety, but hey, it's a small thing compared to all the other great things about this place.

I highly recommend Palace Hill - it truly deserves a five-star plus rating.

The location is perfect, situated just off the seafront in the center of town, making it easy to explore Scarborough's attractions.

Everything was excellent.

We stayed at Palace Hill for one night after attending a cricket match. the location was perfect, just a flight of stairs away from the main road leading to the seafront. It was also conveniently close to shops, bars, and restaurants. the owners gave us a warm and personal welcome and escorted us to a clean and well-equipped room. Breakfast in the dining room was delicious, with plenty of cereals and a tasty full English option. we couldn't find any faults and would definitely stay here again. Plus, the free and fast wifi was a bonus.

The hotel is immaculate and beautifully furnished. Adam and Tip, the owners, are welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to a bigger room at no extra cost. The breakfasts are lovely and they catered for my fiancée's gluten-free diet. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It's by far the best hotel I've ever been to.
