Great location, close to buses and steam train. Easy access to Torquay, Babbacombe, and Brixham with a day ticket. Lovely silver service breakfast and delicious salted caramel ice cream. Relaxing gardens, friendly bar and lounge areas. Fantastic staff made our holiday special.

The value for money at Palace was excellent, and the room with a sea view and balcony was incredible. The location right on the Esplanade was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with better cooked eggs.

The hotel is conveniently located right on the sea front, offering a lovely view of the sea. It is also situated next to the pier and within walking distance to the shops. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed. The staff provided a warm welcome and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was served quickly and hot. the hotel had great facilities and advantages, making it a comfortable stay.

The lift was a bit quirky and the shower temperature fluctuated at times.

Loved the seafront location and spacious rooms. the beds were really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the receptionist even upgraded our room after hearing about our previous terrible hotel experience. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the convenience of free parking.

One small disappointment was when our son bought us a bottle of champagne for our wedding anniversary. the hotel failed to include the requested note, so we had to call the reception to find out who it was from.

The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and had comfortable beds which allowed us to have a restful night's sleep. Furthermore, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. From the variety of cards available for different needs to the immaculately clean common areas, this hotel truly knows how to take care of its guests.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent stay at a hotel in a beautiful coastal area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to both shops and the beach. We particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment and found the food to be of good quality. The facilities, including the well-appointed room and convenient car parking, added to the overall positive experience.

Although our stay was enjoyable, we did have a couple of minor drawbacks. we should have requested a room with a sea view as the lift was easily accessible, which affected the view from our window.

The Palace Hotel provided excellent food and service, with a prime location right by the sea in Paignton. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay very enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had luxurious facilities and plenty of private parking, making it convenient for families with children. Its location in Torbay also allowed for easy access to nearby towns like Torquay and Brixham.
