My stay at the Peninsula London was exceptional. the luxurious lobby greeted me warmly, setting the tone for a truly elegant experience. the well-appointed rooms provided a perfect sanctuary, and the hotel's facilities, including the full-size indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi, were impressive. the breakfast was a culinary delight, and the attentive staff made my stay truly memorable. the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the 24-hour gym and spa were excellent additions to the stay.

Technology issues detracted from overall experience.

Late check out offered. Excellent facilities - 24-hour gym, swimming pool, and spa. During my stay, the staff surprised me with a complimentary cake for my birthday, a lovely touch that made me feel truly pampered in a home away from home. Cons: Slow response to phone calls.
