My husband and I recently stayed at the charming Penny Lane Hotel for our 21st wedding anniversary. The warm and comfortable rooms, along with the newly refurbished bathroom, made our stay truly enjoyable. The free WiFi and excellent breakfast were definitely bonuses. The hotel's value for money is exceptional, and we loved the Beatles memorabilia that adorned the property. The owner, Chris, and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The comfortable bed and included breakfast made my stay even better. The staff were friendly, helpful, and polite. I can't wait to return and stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel like part of the family from the moment we arrived. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to all areas of the city and the many attractions it has to offer. We also loved the unique decor of the hotel, it was a real treat for the eyes.

On the downside, we found the traffic noise quite bothersome, especially in the rooms located at the front of the hotel. the lack of pillowcases and dust in the room were also a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a good location close to shops and restaurants and was convenient for visiting key attractions. the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the room was clean and tidy.

There were some issues that affected our stay. the room had some problems that made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, such as a bright light from the smoke alarm and inadequate blinds that let in light from the busy road outside.

I recently stayed at a hotel in an area of Liverpool that I wouldn't normally choose, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money. The spacious room had a huge comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, and the white fluffy towels were a nice touch. The attention to detail was impressive, from the generous amount of tea and coffee making facilities to the toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, allowing me to stay an extra hour after checkout. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including eggs, beans, bacon, and sausages. the hotel offered a great combination of comfort and affordability.
