We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. The service provided was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping ensuring that our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. We were even provided with a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a great touch. The room itself was lovely, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities were all appreciated. We also loved the little extras, like the garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had the most relaxing and cosy stay at The Pheasant Inn. The authentic atmosphere made me feel like I was stepping into a storybook. The staff were welcoming and the food was exceptional. I especially loved the Cumberland sausages and potato cakes for breakfast. The beautiful decor and immaculate cleanliness added to the overall experience. I can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at The Pheasant Inn - The Inn Collection Group. The location was great, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, and the chef even accommodated our vegetarian needs by making a delicious risotto. The room was comfortable, and the gardens were a treat. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Inn Collection Group in a beautiful location. the highlight of my stay was the lovely garden, where I could relax and enjoy the company of red squirrels and birds. the staff, especially Richard, were friendly and did their best to ensure a smooth experience. the location itself was stunning, situated in the picturesque Lake District and blessed with fabulous weather. the hotel had a traditional charm with genuine features, and the food served in the restaurant was excellent. it was a delightful stay.

loved my stay at the pheasant inn. the cozy, authentic atmosphere brought back memories from my previous visit 40 years ago. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing my dog in the lounge. the food was high quality, especially the breakfast with delicious Cumberland sausages.

Fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night with no staff assistance. not a restful night.

The location was perfect for my cycling adventures, with easy access to Sale Fell, Dodds Forest, Whittlater forest, and the beautiful Bassenthwaite Lake. The inn provided me with useful information about the next day's weather forecast, which was left in my room each day. I was delighted to find homemade biscuits on the hospitality tray, a lovely touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were attentive and friendly, offering top-notch service. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the inn was breathtaking.

The Pheasant Inn offers a beautiful beer garden, amazing lighting, and a wild, natural environment perfect for nature lovers. We even spotted a red squirrel and a woodpecker for the first time! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome. The food was delicious, although we didn't get to try the game cottage pie this time. We can't wait to come back in October!
