The staff were very friendly and accommodating. the location was fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was excellent, and the toiletries provided were lovely. the towels were also very soft.

The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, possibly due to the drainage issues. the room we stayed in had two single beds pushed together to form a king-size bed, which was uncomfortable.

the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the food, both dinner and breakfast, was excellent, and the service was outstanding. the location was perfect, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting, while still being close enough to explore nearby towns.

Beautiful village, lovely accommodation. Small double room, nicely decorated with good-sized en-suite. Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast served in the morning. Great staff, especially the friendly front of house man. Quiet, rural location in the heart of the Cotswolds, meeting all expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at a lovely pub in a quiet and beautiful location. The room was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, including tea/coffee making facilities and toiletries. The food at the pub was absolutely delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Despite a small issue with the broken light in the room, the staff were friendly and tried their best to resolve the problem. The Deputy Manager was especially helpful and polite. our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel to others.

Spent my Easter holiday at this quaint country inn and was pleased with the location - central enough to tour the Cotswolds. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and the beds were very comfortable.

The inn failed to offer non-dairy alternatives and lacked any plant-based options on their breakfast menu. the radiators were stone cold, and our coffee machine in the room did not function.

Location ideal, peaceful hamlet. Breakfast lacking fruit and cereal, but cooked breakfast enjoyable. Crispy bacon a bit challenging to pick up. Cozy room with low ceilings, comfy bed, clean linen. Coffee pod machine provided strong coffee, tea also available. Friendly staff, accommodating early check-in, great breakfast. Conveniently close to Bourton-on-the-water.
