We loved the idyllic village setting of the Plough Inn, with its rich history connected to the Arts and Craft Movement. The proximity to the Thames Path was a bonus, perfect for our walks. The breakfast was delicious and the dining room had a lovely ambiance. The staff were absolutely delightful and made our stay even better.

The recent refurbishment resulted in some staining on the ceiling, wall, and floor, which could be improved.

The warm and friendly staff made me feel incredibly welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Kelmscott Manor. The charming inn had roaring fires and served some of the best food I've ever tasted. The intimate dining room made for a lovely dining experience. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choices.

Lovely drive from London, surprisingly clean, gracious staff, great walk to the Thames nearby. Amazing breakfast and personalized requests. Adds to charm with no dinner and early staff leave. Perfect little getaway, highly recommended. Convenient location for visiting the Cotswolds Wildlife Park.

I had an amazing stay at this lovely old pub. The location was superb, positioned near the main sightseeing attractions in the Cotswolds. The hotel facilities were great, especially the cleanliness of the rooms. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Had a fantastic stay at a charming hideaway in the quiet countryside. The warm welcome I received was truly genuine, and the staff made me feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. I enjoyed a delicious dinner, especially the fish and chips and the banoffee pie. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including pancakes and a hearty full English. The location was beautiful, and I even had the pleasure of being greeted by a friendly Labrador on checkout. Despite a minor noise issue from a nearby generator and intermittent noises in the room, it didn't detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its lovely atmosphere and excellent service. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend it to others.
