Chillin' at the hotel with my crew, we had a sick view of the sea and the ferry from our room. the food was bomb, and the staff were cool, makin' us feel at home.

Plus, we could vibe outside and watch the world go by. Cons: Wish they had more hype nightlife options for us young peeps.

The Portaferry Hotel's location was superb, and the staff, particularly Grainne, went above and beyond to assist me during my stay with my 15-month-old baby. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety. the hotel's quaint old-fashioned decor added charm. the proximity to landmarks like Audleystown Court Cairn and Quintin Castle provided a unique backdrop for family bonding, enhancing relaxation and exploration.

We had a deluxe double room with a big bed, but it was actually two singles pushed together, creating an uncomfortable divide. One lamp fell off the wall onto our faces. the room was too hot, and the cold water was warm. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

my wife and i had a wonderful time at the small hotel in portaferry. the staff, especially siobhan, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room, though small, was comfortable with fresh towels. breakfast was delicious with great choices. the location by the lough and ferry was superb, offering plenty to do in the area. we're excited to return soon.

The hotel is perfectly located overlooking the shores of Strangford Lough. the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a stunning view of the harbour, adding a special touch to our stay. the breakfast and dinner options were delicious, offering a taste of local cuisine. We loved exploring the nearby Portaferry Castle and taking a scenic trip on the Strangford ferry.

While the room we stayed in was cozy and clean, it was on the smaller side. It could benefit from a bit of a refresh in terms of decor to enhance the overall experience.

The location near the ferry and heritage tour was great. Mount Stewart provided a wonderful day trip. The bar was warm and friendly. The Guinness was great. The wifi worked well for our firestick.
