I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful venue in the middle of a charming town. At the Priory, I felt like I had escaped from everything as it was tucked away and peaceful. the staff were absolutely fabulous and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the service was exceptional, with little extras that made a big difference. My room was lovely, even though the view wasn't the best.

Christmas Lunch with Friends was perfect, with delicious food and attentive staff. The cheese selection was a must. Sitting in the drawing room, we enjoyed views of the Purbecks and the river.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the small bathroom and difficult staircase access, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The garlicky taste of the beef was a disappointment, but it did not diminish our overall satisfaction.

Nestled in beautiful gardens that are immaculately kept, this hotel provides a serene and picturesque setting for your stay. The staff at this hotel are truly outstanding, with a friendly and cheery attitude that will make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the marvellous bathrooms which offer a luxurious experience.

We love staying at the Priory! the historic property has been lovingly and excellently renovated, with a perfect mix of modern comforts while respecting its original charm. the grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with acres of gardens and a view of a beautiful historic church. Inside, the decor is simply awesome, combining old-world charm with a contemporary touch. the location is also fantastic, as it provides easy access to all the attractions in the Wareham area. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. We especially appreciated the convenience of the side entrance to the suites. every aspect of our stay was delightful, from the relaxed country house atmosphere to the modern and light-filled dining room extension. the bed was super comfy, and the quality of the sheets was definitely a bonus. We highly recommend taking a stroll through the hidden treasure of the gardens, with their riverside walks and cozy pods for reading. And if you're up for some fun, don't miss the chance to play croquet!

Spent my xmas break on the Riverside and it was beautiful to see the sun reflect on the river. the gardens were just elegant and well maintained. But, the best thing about the place was definitely the food, just amazing. Not only was there a variety but the presentation was an art. There were many shops and cafes around the hotel too.

The only problem during my xmas break was that the coffee machine replaced the kettle in my room. I had to go the extra mile to get my cup of tea.

We loved the beautiful riverside garden and the new dining garden room. The staff were friendly and the side entrance to the suites was convenient. The location was perfect for exploring Corfe Castle, Swanage, and Poole. A hidden treasure with delightful walks along the river.
