The location of the hotel is superb, just a short distance from the town center. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are spacious, with excellent showers. The service provided by the staff is professional and friendly, particularly Andy who goes above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. The breakfast served at the hotel is excellent, with good portion sizes. The hotel also has a modern vibe and offers facilities such as a bar and dining area, with homemade cloth-covered bench seating.

One downside was the noise from the bathroom behind room 7, which could be quite disruptive to sleep.

We had a lovely night away after attending an event at the nearby NEC. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a waiting area for taxis right above the main entrance and a smoking area outside. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean and modern, and the breakfast served was of high quality. We appreciated the on-site parking and the proximity to running routes along the canal.
