Best aspects of our romantic escape were the stunning decor of the bedroom and the delicious breakfast with fresh and varied options. The location was perfect for exploring the charming town with its lovely streets and lovely views. We also appreciated the warm welcome we received upon arrival.

The lack of heating in the bedroom which was especially chilly in the cold weather outside, though we reported the problem to the staff who didn't solve it. some of the public areas needed some attention in terms of redecorating.

The value for money at Quay Bed & Breakfast was exceptional, with clean and comfortable rooms that had a pleasing design and layout. The location was fantastic, situated centrally and close to the town, beach, and harbour. The staff were very helpful and friendly, attending to every need and providing an easy check-in system with a key safe and locker inside the building.

We had a wonderful stay at Quay Bed & Breakfast. The room was incredibly comfortable and clean, with a good sized shower room. The decor was beautiful and there were all the amenities we could ask for, including tea/coffee in the room and shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Wells, allowing us to easily explore the town on foot. I recently stayed at a charming bed & breakfast in Wells-next-the-Sea, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. the location was fantastic, right in the center of town, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy the local attractions. The hotel also offered good value for money, with reasonable prices that didn't break the bank.

Although my stay was generally positive, there were a couple of aspects that I felt could be improved. One area of concern was the size of the room, which was quite small for the amount I paid.

The location of this bed and breakfast is fantastic, as it is very close to the beach and the center of Wells-next-the-Sea. It is also conveniently located near the waterfront, allowing easy access to the quay side. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with nice bathrooms and helpful service. The breakfast is tasty and satisfying, with large and fresh croissants. the parking is easy and convenient, with spaces available right outside the front door.

There were some other guests who allowed their dogs to urinate on the furniture, which was quite disgusting.

We had a fantastic stay at Quay Bed & Breakfast. The warm and friendly welcome made us feel right at home. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding to the cozy atmosphere. Our room was well-equipped and the bathroom was spacious. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh bread, croissants, yogurt. It exceeded our expectations and set us up for a great day of exploring.

Almost perfect! The mattress was very firm and the low beam in the room was a bit of a hazard, especially for taller individuals. The hairdryer in the room needed to be replaced.
