great stay for a couple of nights in london, queens gate exceeded expectations. friendly staff, comfy bed, yummy breakfast, and delicious cocktails at the bar. will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

The hotel is located really close to the museums at South Kensington, making it a great location for culture lovers. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with modern and super clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and a delicious breakfast with something for everyone. The hotel also offers free wheelchairs for guests in need and provides sturdy umbrellas on rainy days.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! This place is located in a lovely area near the Albert Hall and in the Embassy area of the city. The staff especially the doorman provided excellent service all round and were always available to help with any inquiries in a pleasant and professional manner. The room was equipped with all essential amenities including tea and coffee facilities, television, ironing facilities, soundproofed rooms, and mini-bar. The garden furniture was an added touch of luxury that provided a unique experience.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, it was the most comfortable stay I have ever had.

Had a fantastic weekend! Enjoyed two complementary treats and the room was really modern. Key location and was able to walk easily to local sights. Also loved the great variety of food and drink options - very reasonably priced!

The lack of bedroom carpets meant we were frequently disturbed by noise from the room above, particularly during the night. We would have appreciated a quieter stay.
