The hotel is located in a picturesque setting, surrounded by the stunning beauty of the Lakes. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, with a spacious and modern bathroom. The staff are friendly and offer great service. Breakfast is delicious and there are options for both continental and cooked breakfast. The bar area is beautifully refurbished with an alpine stubs vibe, providing a cozy atmosphere for guests.

The lack of comfortable seating in the bar area is a downside, as it is primarily used for dining.

We had a fantastic stay at the Queen's Head hotel in Troutbeck. the venue is located in a quiet area, away from the tourist crowds, yet still close to the towns. Our room, 'Nethermost', was lovely with a clean and pleasant ambiance, complete with a charming vaulted ceiling. the staff, especially the assistant manager, were incredibly attentive and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout our stay. the breakfast selection was great, and we also enjoyed dining in the restaurant for a couple of nights - the food was excellent.

As guests with disabilities, we were impressed by the inclusive facilities at The Queen's Head Hotel. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and there were thoughtful touches like bags for muddy boots and a dedicated area to wash dogs' paws. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at The Queen's Head in Troutbeck for a weekend getaway. The staff, especially Carolina and Dave, were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is located in a stunning area of the southern lakes, with beautiful surroundings. The food at the hotel was delicious and there were numerous cozy spots to relax and enjoy a drink. We were impressed with how dog-friendly the hotel was, allowing our furry friend to join us everywhere. Although the room could have been better for the cost, the open beams added a charming touch, despite being a bit dusty. a perfect stay!

The highlight of our stay was sitting next to the cozy fire in the restaurant, enjoying a delicious meal. The stunning scenery surrounding the inn, especially waking up to a winter wonderland on my birthday, was simply breathtaking. I highly recommend this inn for a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
