The value for money at the Ragged Cot was great, with a comfortable and clean room. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel's location was lovely, with a beautiful garden that we wish we could have enjoyed if the restaurant and bar were open.

The breakfast selection could have been better, with no croissants available and no water provided on a hot day. However, considering the staff was busy and working alone, we didn't feel the need to complain about the mistakes.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the Cotswolds was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the Stroud Valley and the beautiful town of Minchinhampton just a short walk away. The room itself was pure comfort, with a cozy window reading nook and a gorgeous stone bathroom complete with a great shower. The amenities provided, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi, made our stay even more convenient. The staff was exceptional, from the manager who made arrangements for us to eat in the small bar, to the receptionist who greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in. We felt well taken care of and pampered throughout our stay.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury getaway. The service, room amenities, and the set of leisure facilities provided here were top-notch.

During our stay, we found the location of the hotel to be convenient, as it was within walking distance to a shop and pub. Additionally, the hotel was close to Minchinhampton village, which offered a lovely place for breakfast. Furthermore, it was very near the Golf Club, where we attended a party. The room was well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a great selection of options.

We did notice a lack of maintenance and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which was a bit off-putting.

During our stay at The Ragged Cot, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful building and the warm atmosphere it provided. Spent a lovely weekend at this quaint and comfortable countryside hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. the added bonus of a coffee machine in the room made for a great start to the day. the outdoor seating areas were perfect for enjoying a drink in the sun and taking in the picturesque surroundings.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and the bathroom was in urgent need of attention. the noise from other rooms made it difficult to sleep.
