The hotel is located on the quieter beach, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the stunning sea view from their clean and well-appointed rooms. The friendly and attentive staff ensure excellent service, and the breakfast served in the lovely dining room is delicious. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the open air theatre and a pleasant walk to the North Bay.

The shower cubicle and cloakroom-style sink are on the small side, compromising on space and convenience.

The host, Lisa, was very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were impressed with the little touches in the room, such as the Scarborough rock and jar of sweets. The seaview room was definitely worth the extra cost. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Scarborough.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to everything for children to enjoy. We loved being able to walk into town or down to the beach with such ease. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff on reception ready to assist us with any request. Our room was amazing with great amenities such as ironing facilities and a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus and the flat-screen TV provided entertainment in the evenings. We were delighted to find free toiletries provided and enjoyed a good night's sleep on the comfy bed. we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

There were no pets allowed and no smoking on site. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our enjoyable experience.
