I had requested a special room for our 50th wedding anniversary, and to my delight, we were given a beautifully decorated room with pictures on the walls and cushions on the bed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and even offered to get yogurt from a local shop when it was temporarily unavailable at breakfast. The hotel's location, just a mile away from the center of town, was perfect for a peaceful getaway. I highly recommend the Randolph for a memorable stay.

There were a few small inconveniences such as the lack of accessibility to our top-floor room for my wife with mobility problems, but the manager was incredibly helpful in offering porterage. Additionally, the 10% surcharge on the evening meal and drinks was automatically added, which I found unnecessary.

The WiFi connection was unreliable at times.

The staff at this hotel were amazing and very attentive. the breakfast and dinner were both delicious and there were plenty of homemade treats in the room. the location was great, only a short distance from town and the beach.

The bathroom was in need of a little TLC and there was a draft from the windows. However, this did not hamper our stay and we still had a great experience overall.

The breakfast was excellent - smoked salmon & scrambled eggs, full English, and crusty bread were delicious. Staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was a good size with separate bath and shower. The food and drink were of good quality.

As longer-term business travelers, my sister and I appreciated the spacious and clean rooms at this hotel. The staff were friendly, considerate, and genuinely helpful, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. We enjoyed the excellent evening menu, complete with good draught beers, and the very tasty breakfast. The hotel also had good free WiFi and convenient parking. The balcony with our room was a nice bonus, providing a pleasant place to relax. this hotel offered great value for the money and we will definitely book again in the future.

The breakfast and evening dinner were delicious, especially the homemade granola. the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. the big car park was a convenient feature.

The children's beds were uncomfortable and one of them was just a folding camp bed. There was also a scary incident where a lamp shade fell on my son's bed, narrowly missing his head.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The bed in our spacious room was incredibly comfortable, allowing for a truly restful night's sleep. We also loved the quiet residential area, which provided a peaceful atmosphere during our stay.

the randolph exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in southwold. the room was spacious and clean, with a modern bathroom. the breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked. the staff were friendly and the eco-friendly efforts were a nice touch.

The room was amazing - light and spacious. Spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful staff. Delicious fresh cooked breakfast with a great selection. Excellent communication and good parking facilities. Convenient location close to town and seafront.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the beach and close to the Adnams brewery. The rooms are modern and clean, with spacious bathrooms that have both a bath tub and walk-in shower. The staff provide impeccable service, offering to help carry bags and accommodating early breakfast requests. The complimentary homemade shortbread is a nice touch. There is also a lovely breakfast served and a play area for kids.

The sofa bed and camp bed provided for children were unusable due to broken slats and uncomfortable springs.
