The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. the staff were very friendly and provided helpful advice when needed. the location was convenient, with easy access to other parts of the area through the nearby main road. the hotel provided little extras like a bottle of water and chocolates in the room upon arrival, which added a nice touch to the stay.

The mattress in the single room was quite uncomfortable, as it was old and sagged significantly when lying on it. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in a fantastic location just a short walk from the village. The Ravensworth- Adults Only exceeded my expectations. The staff warmly welcomed us upon arrival and even allowed us to check-in early. Our annexe room was spacious and beautifully furnished with high-quality fixtures and fittings. The attention to detail was evident, with thoughtful touches like complimentary water, chocolates, and biscuits. The bathroom was spacious and had a luxurious shower. The cleanliness and overall quality of the guest house were impeccable. We also appreciated the central heating and the towelling dressing gowns provided. The annexe rooms even had their own outdoor courtyard for us to enjoy in the lovely weather. The Ravensworth- Adults Only is the best guest house we have ever stayed in, and we can't wait to return.

We also appreciated the clean and tidy rooms, as well as the extra touches such as fluffy bathrobes. the location was excellent, with easy access to the town center and train station.

The wifi in the annex where our room was located did not work at all during our four-night stay. It was only when we went inside the main building that we were able to connect.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of options for dining and exploring nearby. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll down to the lake side and found it to be close to the town centre, where we could shop to our heart's content. The room itself was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and provided us with great recommendations for local attractions. the experience was fantastic.

The room was perfect - clean, modern, and spacious. the bathroom had a large shower with a rainfall head and came with two robes and slippers, which was a nice bonus. the bed was comfy, and the tea/coffee making facilities were convenient. the complementary local biscuits and chocolates were a nice touch. the hotel's location was great, within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

There were a couple of minor issues with the room. One of the bedside table lights didn't work, and not all the TV channels were functioning.

My stay at the Ravensworth was wonderful. The value for money was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms that had little extras like a cold bottle of water, chocolates, and a cute teddy bear. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town centre and close to public transport. The hosts were fantastic, always there when we needed them but giving us our space too.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

The Ravensworth is a perfectly located hotel, just a short walk to Windermere town centre and a 15-20 minute stroll to Bowness and lake Windermere. It's also convenient for exploring other areas of the Lake District with easy access to main roads and public transport. As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet surroundings.

I felt very well taken care of, no complaints whatsoever. The Ravensworth exceeded my expectations.

It was also conveniently located near the city center and easily accessible to public transport links. Additionally, the hotel had free parking available, which was a great added bonus. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a high standard of decoration. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was amazing, cooked to order and served in generous portions. we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, and the hotel's location close to shops in the town center.
