the village is delightful, and the property itself is lovely. the accommodation is spacious, clean, and boasts high ceilings. the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, particularly assisting me with my wheelchair needs. the accessibility features were well-described and readily available. the Royal breakfast with spinach, eggs, and smoked salmon was a highlight!

Can just recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Red Lion Inn for 2 nights whilst attending our Son's graduation in Cambridge. Lovely country pub, much nicer than staying in a city centre hotel. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, great shower! We didn't have any meals at the pub, apart from breakfast, which was most enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. An added bonus for my Dad was seeing the aircraft from Duxford! Will definitely return one day. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are comfortable, offering a good night's sleep. The breakfast, although lacking options like fresh fruit and porridge, is decent. The bar area has a traditional ambiance, and the restaurant serves well-cooked meals, making for a pleasant dining experience.

The restaurant lacks atmosphere and could benefit from some improvements such as adding pictures to the walls or enhancing the overall ambiance.

We recently had a romantic escape in a charming countryside hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to Cambridge and the Imperial Air Museum in Duxford. the hotel was newly built with modern amenities and affordable rates. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing us with delicious meals in the cozy restaurant. We appreciated having a full cooked breakfast included in the room rate, and the parking available nearby was a great convenience.

While the hotel was lovely, we did experience some minor noise from the adjoining rooms. we found that the waitstaff could have been more efficient during peak times.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with the rooms situated in a quiet enclave around the beautiful garden area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and immaculately presented, with modern amenities including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and free Wi-Fi. The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area had a wonderful country pub atmosphere, and we enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast each morning.

Our room was spacious with all the usual facilities, and the touches like free wifi and a generous supply of tea and coffee made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was excellent, being close to our route but still tucked away in a quiet spot.

I had a great stay at the Red Lion in Hinxton. The hotel is located in a beautiful area, and my room was in a separate building, which made it very peaceful. The rooms were clean and well-finished, and I especially appreciated the good coffee making facilities. The pub itself had a traditional and cozy atmosphere, with low ceilings and beams in the old bar area. The staff were friendly and the breakfast had a fantastic choice of locally sourced products. The food in the evening was also of good quality with plenty of options. I would definitely go back to the Red Lion again.

the location in a quaint village was convenient for exploring Cambridge, and it was a bonus that they welcomed pets. the staff were extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions for riverside walks. the food, especially the homemade beef & ale pie, was delicious and imaginative. the rooms were modern and comfortable, located in a separate annex. a cozy pub with friendly staff and a great selection of beers.

No 👶 crying next door. Thin walls were a downside.
