The Red Lion excelled in every aspect, from the central parking to the brilliant full English breakfast. The helpful and friendly waitresses ensured our satisfaction. We received a room with a sea view and reserved parking. The staff went above and beyond to make our dog feel welcome with special amenities.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming inn perched on the cliff top with stunning views of the pier. The character-filled rooms were well-furnished and had all the necessary amenities. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were attentive and professional. The honesty basket with drinks and snacks was a nice touch. The public areas were cozy with a real fire and a great selection of real ales at the bar. The breakfast options were unique and I particularly enjoyed the eggs Benedict and pancakes. The location of the inn was ideal, right in the heart of Cromer. I highly recommend this hotel for its lovely atmosphere and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at the pub/hotel in Cromer. The meals were delicious with plenty of craft beers to choose from. The staff were helpful, courteous, and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection to choose from. The central location and comfy room with bathrobes added to the overall great experience. Despite a minor issue with the room temperature, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were blown away by the warm and genuine hospitality at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff couldn't do enough for us. They even went out of their way to make our furry friend feel welcome, with special treats and attention. The homemade food was a delight, with delicious, homemade pickles, jams, and marmalade. We especially loved the Eggs Benedict and the flaky croissants for breakfast. The little touches like providing plenty of drinking water and tea/coffee/biscuits in our room were greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and the comfortable beds in our lovely room. Despite a minor issue with the children's menu, we had a brilliant couple of days. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, cozy atmosphere, and fantastic food.

noisy fans at bedtime

We had an above average stay at Red Lion. the staff was attentive and polite, and the breakfast was excellent. the room was comfortable and we enjoyed the view across the sea during our dinner in the nicely laid out dining area. the hotel was exceptionally dog-friendly, providing everything from dog towels to treats and sausage for breakfast. the location by the sea was perfect for exploring the town, and our second floor room had a great sea view.

As soon as I arrived, this hotel exceeded my expectations. the luxurious amenities in my room, including a Jacuzzi and exclusive facilities, provided a truly indulgent experience. the Beach access and Beachfront views were breathtaking. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great ambiance and attentive service. the in-room breakfast was a delight with plenty of options including special diets menus.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was that the room could have been larger for the rate I paid. the small pump under the bath of a nearby room created a bit of noise which was mildly annoying but did not detract from my overall enjoyment.

The value for money at this place was excellent, with a lovely room overlooking the sea. The location was great and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and helpfulness.

The breakfast selection could be improved slightly, maybe by offering more creamer options for hot drinks.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and there were some aspects that I enjoyed. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the location was superb - it was close to the town centre and beach. Plus, the Christmas decorations were lovely and added a festive atmosphere to the hotel.

My overall stay wasn't great. the room was outdated and smelled musty.
