The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and leave our car in the car park. We chose this place as an overnight before taking the Eurotunnel to France. The staff were friendly and helpful advising us that food service would only run til 5pm on Sunday so we were booked the last available table on what was a really busy Sunday service. The Sunday Roast was brilliant, all homemade and really beautifully cooked. The location was great as there was free parking behind the hotel and you can walk into town nearby. The pub downstairs had good food at a reasonable price.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hythe. The room was large, spotless, and had plenty of amenities like tea, coffee, and milk. Despite being on a main road, I slept well. The breakfast served was of very good quality and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The bar/restaurant had an amazing selection of ales and beers. The Manager was very helpful and gave useful local knowledge. Highly recommend this hotel.
