As young families, we loved the warm welcome and helpful staff at this gorgeous country inn. The location is serene and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The beautifully decorated rooms had all the amenities we needed. The locally-sourced food, especially the breakfast, was delicious and a true delight to eat. We also enjoyed the locally brewed cider, which was a must-try. a wonderful experience for families looking for a peaceful retreat.

The property had a charming and traditional exterior, but the interior was modern and stylishly refurbished. the family room we stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed with nice bedding. the location was also excellent, conveniently located near attractions like the Haynes Motor Museum. the dinner we had at the restaurant was fantastic, with generous portions and delicious flavors.

The beds in our room were extremely uncomfortable, and both the main bed and the sofa bed were a letdown. the lack of Wi-Fi throughout our stay was also a downside, and it would have been nice to have more breakfast options at a more reasonable price.

The dinner at the restaurant was exceptional, and the warm and welcoming waitress made us feel right at home. I recently stayed at a charming country pub with a lovely garden area and plenty of comfortable seating. The friendly staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was clean and well-stocked with toiletries, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast served was delicious and relaxing, with a helpful host who went above and beyond. The pub also offered more than just food and drink, making it feel like a nice hotel in a rural area.

The menu could have had a bit more variety, although the food itself was delicious.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a beautiful property in the countryside, just an hour away from stunning beaches. the room we stayed in, Room 6, was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. the comfortable bed provided an excellent night's sleep. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the pub, which specialized in using local, fresh ingredients. Breakfast, served in the Den, offered a wide range of choices. Special mention goes to the manager, Marcus, who displayed great customer service and oversaw all operations. I hope to return for a longer visit next year.

The Red Lion Inn offers a delightful location for couples celebrating special occasions like our 30th anniversary dinner. The Master Chef at Breakfast serves delicious food, and the bar is a cozy spot to unwind between 3:30pm and 6pm. The rooms in the annex are spacious and comfortable, with ensuite bathrooms. The staff is welcoming and takes the time to show you how everything works. Fresh milk and water in the room are a nice touch.
