The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to local offices and the village center, ensuring easy access to amenities and activities. The rooms are beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and stylish furnishings. The bathrooms are luxurious, equipped with high-quality products and plush towels. Staff members are friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options are ample, offering a variety of choices for a satisfying start to the day.

On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the fantastic staff at the inn. Our room, Spitfire 1945, was lovely and well-equipped with a fridge, mini bar. The bed was very comfortable, and the en-suite bathroom was clean with a great shower. We enjoyed a delicious full English breakfast with tasty ingredients. The inn is located in a splendid location, with good walks nearby along the Basingstoke Canal.

Noisy restaurant in the evenings.

Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Fresh milk, tea, coffee, and chocolate provided. Dark room at night. Tastefully decorated room with stunning bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and drinks. Good location. Great for a night's stay.

I recently stayed at The Red Lion for a night and it was fantastic. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the location on the High Street was ideal. The room was well-kept and tastefully decorated, with a spacious and bright bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable and there were even robes provided. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, and overall, my stay was lovely.

Each room named after an aircraft, such as the RAF Belvedere. Conveniently located in the center of a quaint village. Impeccably clean with comfortable beds and luxurious towels. Friendly and helpful staff, especially at breakfast. Impressive selection of quality teas and coffees.

We stayed at The Red Lion for 2 nights during our cycling trip along the Basingstoke Canal. The room on the top floor was beautifully decorated with a great bathroom and powerful shower. The amenities, including the kettle and coffee maker with fresh milk, were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the delicious meals at the pub and the Italian restaurant nearby. The secure bike storage in the pub cellar was much appreciated.
