I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was very close to the NEC. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were good, with a microwave, hairdryer, and fridge in the room. The breakfast provided was excellent.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Redlands Accommodation. the location was perfect, with easy access to the NEC, Resorts World Arena, and Birmingham International Airport. Despite being so close, the place was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. the hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the room was spacious and had an en suite bathroom. We appreciated the coffee making facilities, microwave, and fridge in the room, which provided everything we needed.

Could not be improved in any way. 😊

My recent stay at Redlands Accommodation was fantastic. the breakfast provided was amazing with plenty of food. I particularly enjoyed the full breakfast, which included 4 rashers of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes, 2 sausages, beans. It was more than enough to keep me satisfied. the location was also great for visiting the Genting Arena. I appreciated the nice touch of having free water in the fridge and a microwave in the room.

I recently stayed at Redlands Accommodation and it was a fantastic experience. The owner, Phil, provided a free drop off and collect service to the nearby NEC, which was extremely helpful. The room in the outbuildings was comfortable and gave a sense of privacy, which I really enjoyed. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious, with a great selection of cooked food. it was excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.
