The location of the apartment was fantastic. We were a short walk away from famous landmarks and the city center, making it convenient for exploring and dining out. the penthouse itself was spacious and luxurious. The lift directly to the apartment was a nice touch and added to the overall feeling of indulgence.

The check-in process was quite inconvenient. We had to walk to a separate location to collect the keys, which was a hassle after a long journey.

our recent stay in plymouth was amazing, but staying in the regency suite made it even better. the luxurious feel of the bedrooms and bathrooms exceeded our expectations. the helpful staff and excellent location added to the overall experience. regency suite is definitely a place we would stay at again.

Value for money was excellent, considering the modern decor and luxurious feel of the beautifully furnished apartment. The location was perfect, with a short walk to both the iconic Hoe and the city centre. The staff were helpful during check-in and check-out.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a small welcome basket, like a fresh cake or bread, ground coffee, milk, and croissants. I've had this kind of welcome pack at other self-catering accommodations for a lot less money.
