This hotel is a hidden gem in the countryside. It may be in the middle of nowhere, but it's just a short drive to shops and only 15 minutes away from Sheffield city center. The location is convenient for those traveling on the M1 and it's very easy to find. The prices are incredibly reasonable, especially for a £30 room. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. They have all the fixtures and fittings you would expect. The staff are friendly and provide great service. The basic amenities are provided, so you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was one of the best breakfasts I've had in years. You can tell that attention to detail is a priority for this hotel, making it ideal for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.

The cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location, just off junction 30 of the M1, made it very convenient for my onward journey. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided next door was handy and delicious.

The rooms were a good size and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, ample storage space, and a nice countryside view.

There were some minor maintenance issues, such as paint chips, but they were not a major concern. The owner's conversation on the phone when my car broke down was condescending and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Lastly, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a comfortable night's stay. The attention to detail, such as the provision of tea and coffee, was also much appreciated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The friendly owner made me feel very welcome and the budget-friendly facilities were excellent. The hotel had an authentic Italian restaurant and a superb café and sandwich shop, perfect for dining options. The bargain mega breakfast, with proper ground coffee, was one of the best breakfasts I've had in years. Additionally, the WiFi options were great, with a good signal on both choices. The room itself was comfortable, with a decent TV, en-suite bathroom, and a desk to work on. They even provided extra coffee and tea supplies. The location was ideal for me, as it was close to the venue I was attending.

The location is convenient for those traveling via the M1, and there are plenty of cheap eating venues nearby if you prefer not to dine at the Italian restaurant onsite. I would definitely return when I am next in the area.
