I had a fantastic stay at Richard Onslow in Cranleigh. the staff was incredibly friendly and the check-in process was efficient, even during the busy Christmas season. the bed in my room was comfortable and the overall room was quite nice. the highlight of my stay was the first-class food, which was delicious from the evening meal to breakfast. All the staff members were welcoming and helpful. I also loved the quirky charm of my bedroom, although it may not be suitable for those over 4 feet tall due to the low ceiling and steps to the bathroom. the location of the pub, right in the heart of Cranleigh, was perfect, and the warm fire and good beer added to the enjoyable atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at The Richard Onslow. The room was spacious and beautiful, even larger than our house! The staff were friendly and helpful once we got their attention. The location was perfect, with a gorgeous pub on site. We loved that we could bring our dog along, and the bathroom was lovely, with a large bathtub. The breakfast was delicious and the wifi connection was strong, even with a busy pub.

On a positive note, the restaurant and bar area were not bad, although the food was only average. The location in the centre of the village was convenient, and it was nice to have the option to explore the area on foot. The pub's efforts to free up parking space behind the pub were appreciated, and the bed in our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was also enjoyable, with friendly staff serving us.

Our stay at this pub was not as enjoyable as we had hoped. The room we were given had a blocked shower, a kettle full of limescale, and no hand soap.

During my Easter break, I had a very enjoyable stay in this characterful hotel. the complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a range of dishes with locally sourced ingredients. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The noise level from outside the hotel could be quite disruptive at times, particularly during the evenings. the room decor was a little dated, and the bed was not the most comfortable I have slept in.

The bathroom had high-quality hand wash, shampoo, and body wash, which was a thoughtful touch. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent customer service. Breakfast was delicious and offered great value. I highly recommend this hotel.
