The hotel was very clean and tidy, with free drinks and snacks in the room. The shower area was fresh and had complimentary toiletries. The breakfast was amazing, with delicious croissants. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything.

As bike riders, we appreciated the easy access to parking and the low price for a two-day parking permit. The location of the inn was superb, with a five-minute walk to the spas, shops, and cathedral. Our room was comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The breakfast was cooked to perfection with a good choice for everyone. The bar and garden were cozy and comfortable in the evening. it was a fabulous stay and we agreed that this would be our top choice in Bath. Great value for money as well.

The noise from the pub below can be a bit disruptive, especially if you're trying to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with a delicious continental/buffet breakfast included in the price. In addition, you can order additional hot breakfasts at very reasonable prices. The newly decorated bathrooms and excellent beds in the rooms provide a comfortable stay. The location on a quiet street with plenty of parking above a quiet little pub adds to the charm of the hotel.

Our romantic escape was very enjoyable. the complementary tea and coffee in the room were a nice touch, as was the suntrap outdoor area. the location was ideal, very close to the center and with parking available at a reasonable price. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was a bit outdated, with some mold in the bathroom and difficult-to-use shutters on the windows. the wifi was a bit slow and we had some trouble with the heater.
