The log style cabins were authentic and provided a true escape from city life. The atmosphere in the pub next door was friendly and the locals were welcoming. The bed in the cabin was super comfy, making for a great night's sleep.

The towels were not changed during our stay and the room was not cleaned daily. The narrow roads around the area can be challenging to navigate.

We had an incredible stay at The Rivers Arms. The secluded location offered a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, with the soothing sounds of birds chirping in the morning. The newly built cottage provided a cozy and comfortable experience, complete with all the necessary amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring our every need was met. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the pub, and the made-to-order breakfast was equally delightful. Being a small, family-run establishment added to the charm and made our stay even more memorable. If you're looking for a perfect getaway to the Jurassic Coast, this place is ideal.

As a couple, we loved the peaceful location and beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The log cabins were cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat for our stay. The lack of Wi-Fi, TV, and radio allowed us to fully disconnect and enjoy quality time together. The proximity to various visitor attractions, such as Tolpuddle and Clouds Hill, made exploring the area very convenient. The breakfasts were delicious and the overall service was excellent.

The wifi can be inconsistent and barely reaches the cabins.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is downhill from the pub, making it easily accessible. The conservatory in the hotel is a pleasant area to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pub itself is a great place to socialize and unwind. The rooms are comfortable, with central heating and well-equipped bathrooms. The breakfast is freshly prepared and served with a smile.

The WiFi connection in the cabins can be quite weak.

The room had used tissue on the floor when we arrived, which was not a pleasant sight. we ordered veggie nachos but were brought the meat version.
