The location was superb, with a stunning view of the River Severn from our room. We loved relaxing on the terrace, soaking up the sun. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The customer service was top-notch, and the food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast menu offered a great variety, and the evening meals were delicious with reasonable prices.

I couldn't believe the value for the money at this hotel! The room was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views and beautiful decoration. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Cheryl, the breakfast server, was a real gem. Her personal touch added to the unique charm of the place.

Great location overlooking a river. Spacious and clean executive room with a huge bathroom. the large patio area with outside seating, heaters, and blankets was a nice touch for enjoying the view.

I recently had a lovely stay at the Riverside Inn. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved that they had links with a local walking group, providing information for three circular routes from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options prepared to order. The service from the lady serving breakfast was exceptional, and she also gave us great local recommendations.

The breakfasts were delicious and had plenty of choice. the views of the river were gorgeous, and the superior room we stayed in had tasteful decor and a comfortable bed. the staff at breakfast provided exceptional service.

The restaurant service was not up to par. On one occasion, I was ignored for 10 minutes after being seated, and the server was not particularly helpful.

The bathroom had a broken bath/shower selector, limiting our options for bathing.

We picked this hotel last minute for a nearby work project, and we were delighted with our choice. The friendly staff, fantastic food, and welcoming atmosphere made our extended stay a joy. The view of the river from the garden terrace was simply fantastic. The spacious room had a lovely table and chairs by the window to enjoy the view, as well as a comfy settee. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a wide variety of high-quality options, and the bar had a great selection of draught beers and wines. a great place to stay with plenty of parking and nice staff.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious and well-decorated Superior Room with a separate bathroom. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious, with helpful staff providing exceptional service. The conservatory dining room offered breathtaking views of the River Severn.

We recently stayed at the Riverside Inn and it was truly a wow factor experience. From the moment we opened the door to Room 2, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and beautiful decoration. the attention to detail in the whole building was evident, and the recently refurbished room was clean and cosy. the bathroom was huge and the breakfast was very good. the location of the inn couldn't be better, with a nice view over the river Severn.
