Loved the cozy atmosphere and the warm and friendly staff. the hotel had a beautiful Christmas decoration, making it even more inviting. Enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant and the excellent breakfast. the location was great, with easy access to the nearby moors and attractions. the large car park at the back of the hotel was a bonus.

The view from the back bedroom windows was not very impressive, with a scruffy-looking area below. However, it was not a major issue as there were lovely country views in the distance.

The food, both at breakfast and dinner, was excellent, with a great variety of options. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding hikes, and the comfort of the room was top-notch. The room was a bit cramped and lacked proper ventilation, making it stuffy and noisy at times. It would have been nice to have a more traditional pub atmosphere, with locals to chat with at the bar.

Mattress a tad too soft.

I recently went on an Easter getaway to a quaint inn in the heart of Dartmoor. They were always ready to assist and made me feel right at home. the location of the inn was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Dartmoor National Park. I was able to easily access stunning hiking trails and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the countryside. the restaurant at the inn offered a delicious menu with a wide variety of options to choose from. the food was always served hot and was of excellent quality.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been improved. the rooms in the inn had a rather outdated decor which may not be to everyone's taste.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay at The Rock Inn truly enjoyable. The quality of food, both at breakfast and dinner, was exceptional. The location was amazing, with plenty of hiking trails right on the doorstep. The hotel had a lovely garden, and I could enjoy my meals with a beautiful view. the staff was friendly and efficient, making my stay more enjoyable.

I did not enjoy the room provided to me. It was located at the top of the building with very steep stairs and low beams that I hit my head several times.

The value for money at Rock Inn was excellent, with comfortable rooms and a beautiful location near the Moors. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

The only improvement needed would be the food for breakfast, it could have been more substantial for a long day out on the hills.
