The hotel is located in a non touristic area of the city, making it a peaceful and authentic place to stay. It is extremely close to Carrington train station, providing easy access to other parts of the city. Additionally, it is very close to Farringdon Road station, which will also be on the new Elizabeth Line when it opens. The Farringdon area near the city offers a bustling and vibrant atmosphere, with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore.

The noise from nearby pubs might be bothersome for those who are light sleepers.

I gotta say, the value for money at the Rookery was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bath tub that I absolutely loved. The location couldn't have been better, super close to the tube station, and the staff were really helpful throughout my stay.

The breakfast offerings could use a bit more variety, but luckily there are plenty of nearby restaurants serving breakfast.
