Only hiccup was the sporadic restaurant hours, so plan meals ahead or pop over to the village pub nearby instead. a gem 💎 in a quaint village with tons of character!

I had a fantastic stay. the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially after my long journey. the cleanliness of the accommodation was impressive, and the modern decor was a nice touch. the breakfast, although not cooked, was delicious and satisfactory, and the hotel had a lovely beer garden for a relaxing atmosphere.

staying at Roost On Rock Road was a delightful experience. from the modern room design in calming grey and white tones to the efficient shower and lovely bathroom with bespoke tiles, everything was perfect. the restaurant served wonderfully presented and tasty food, and the hosts, especially Joanne, were friendly and accommodating. the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions like Cardiff and Penarth, with clean rooms, comfy beds, and free parking, making the stay hassle-free.
