The value for money at Roseburn was excellent, with a beautifully furnished and comfortable room. The location was convenient, quieter, and parking was easy. The staff, especially Gill, were friendly, helpful, and provided clear instructions.

The only improvement for breakfast items would be to have more variety.

We had a wonderful stay at a well-furnished and tidy apartment in a handy location near Roseburn. Gill, the host, was exceptionally kind and helpful, checking on us and ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The bedroom was large, clean, and very comfortable. The living room and kitchen were well-equipped and suited our needs perfectly. The apartment had its charming quirks, like wonky floors and a characterful kitchen pillar. The location was great, being close enough to the city center for easy access but far enough to enjoy a quieter atmosphere. We highly recommend this place and will definitely consider it for our next visit.

The location of this apartment is fantastic for exploring all that Edinburgh has to offer. With the tram station just a few minutes away, it is easy to reach popular attractions like Edinburgh Castle and the Zoo. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The host, Gill, is kind and helpful, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops, making it convenient for families with kids.

It is important to note that the entrance and stairs to the apartment block are not well maintained, which may give a slightly negative first impression.

The location was very convenient, with a Tesco and a Tube station nearby, making it easy to access everything we needed. the host was extremely responsive and provided clear instructions, making check-in and check-out a breeze.

There were a few negatives during our stay. the bathroom door lock was broken, which was quite embarrassing as we couldn't lock the door while using it.
