The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable, with two single beds pushed together and lumpy mattresses. The duvet cover only spread across one bed, leaving one side without proper coverage.

The internet signal in the bedroom was weak, and it would have been helpful to have a fridge in the room. During breakfast, the cleaner was using a hard broom to sweep the floor, making it a bit noisy and disruptive.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the seafood platter was delightful. The outdoor garden seating area was charming and provided a relaxing environment. the atmosphere was cozy and inviting.

The coffee at breakfast was lacking and my scrambled eggs were dry. , the staff seemed to be multitasking due to the lack of personnel, which was apparent in their rushed service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and I loved having a balcony with a great view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with excellent WIFI and even a Tassimo coffee machine in the room. Although it wasn't working at first, the staff quickly brought me a different one. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The location was also amazing, with easy access to nearby attractions such as Tintern Abbey. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, breakfast, and staff.

This place is incredible with views of the abbey. The location is amazing and has a beautiful beer garden. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, with a pleasant view from the balcony. The staff were excellent in all respects, providing great service despite being under immense pressure. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including room service, housekeeping, and a welcome drink. The leisure facilities, such as the sun terrace and garden area, are perfect for relaxing. Free Wi-Fi and parking are available, and there is a restaurant and bar/lounge area on-site. this hotel offers top-notch comfort and quality services.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful village with local shops and a craft center nearby. We had a delightful evening in the separate restaurant, enjoying the exceptional food and attentive service. Our room was fabulous, featuring a sparkling clean bathroom with stunning shower and lovely products. The bed was huge, providing pure comfort, and we even had a balcony with seating and a view of the gardens and stream.

The check-in process was not smooth, which was a disappointment.

We loved our stay at this place! The location in attractive gardens within sight of Tintern Abbey was simply stunning. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden, sipping our welcome drink and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The room was so comfortable and clean, with all the amenities we needed, like ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. We also appreciated the pet amenities available, as we brought our furry friend along. the service was top-notch and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The only downside we experienced was that the staff seemed a bit stretched, which led to some slow service. However, this didn't take away from the overall positive experience we had at this venue.

We had a fantastic stay at The Wild Hare. The location was peaceful and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were all lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room exceeded our expectations, with a spacious balcony and a cozy sofa. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower room was modern and spotlessly clean. The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and we enjoyed both our dinner and breakfast there. We were impressed by the quality and variety of the meals. The little bottles of milk left at our doorsteps were a nice touch. we highly recommend The Wild Hare for a wonderful and memorable experience.
