One improvement could be enhancing the dinner menu to match the quality of the breakfast offerings.

my recent stop in bristol was a delight, but royal inn by chef & brewer collection truly went above and beyond. the room was divine, service excellent, and the coastal views were stunning. a true gem for a relaxing break on a long journey. cons: cold tap water was oddly warm.

from the warm welcome by gabby to the excellent front of house and waiting staff, every detail was perfect. the double room with sea view was beautifully decorated, boasting a huge modern bathroom and stunning vistas of the bristol channel. the on-site restaurant offered delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was a cozy spot to relax. overall, a highly recommended and enjoyable experience.

Wow, what a hidden gem this hotel is! the setting of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with views that will take your breath away, especially from the garden and patio areas. the staff here are top-notch, always going above and beyond to ensure your stay is fantastic. the restaurant and bar area exude charm and coziness, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing meal or drink. And let's not forget about the breakfast – absolutely delicious and served with a smile. Honestly, I haven't experienced such great service and atmosphere in a long time.

While my stay was mostly wonderful, there were a couple of small things that could be improved upon. the room was a bit too hot overnight due to restricted window opening, making it a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

The kids couldn't get enough of the fun activities and entertainment. the on-site babysitting service allowed my wife and me to enjoy a peaceful dinner together while the children had a blast. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home.

My wife says that having a dedicated play area for children near the restaurant would enhance the dining experience for families.

The room was like a peaceful oasis, with a huge shower that made me feel like I was standing under a tropical waterfall. I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious feel and left feeling truly pampered.

Always stay here for the warm service. Staff helped with my elderly parents. Perfect with Free Wi-Fi, parking, bar, and restaurant. Rooms have flat-screen TV and kettle. Non-smoking is a plus. Coming back for Easter.
