The rooms themselves were clean and tidy, and it was a bonus to have a fridge available. the fact that we could park right outside our room was also convenient. However, these positive aspects were overshadowed by the lack of customer service and the discomfort caused by the lack of air conditioning. it was not an enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and evening meals, which were of excellent quality. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it a convenient choice for travelers. The beautiful garden area provided a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The hotel also took great precautions to ensure the safety of their guests during the C-Vid epidemic.

I recently stayed at a charming country pub in a village setting. The location was ideal, with the pub situated in the centre of the village. The bar area had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, while the dining area provided a comfortable space to enjoy a meal. The staff were attentive and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was modern and clean, with a spacious and well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast served was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. a great experience.

As longer term business travelers, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Royal Oak. Great location near East Mids airport and Download festival, with easy access to the M1. Excellent pub with a good selection of gin and bitter. Lovely, clean, and brand new rooms with dimmable lights, smart TV, and underfloor heating. Fantastic pub restaurant and superb breakfast. Convenient parking right outside the rooms. Friendly and attentive staff.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in Loughborough for a family birthday celebration. The restaurant, located in a separate building to the pub, was a cozy setting with friendly staff who greeted and seated us promptly. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's tastes. We also enjoyed the spacious car parking and the relaxed atmosphere of the restaurant.

One minor downside was the need to grab a cab regularly to explore other attractions in the area.

Perfect location for our meeting between Bedfordshire and North Yorkshire, easy access from the M1. Clean and comfortable room with a cozy bed and pillows. The bathroom was spotless, with fresh towels every day. The breakfast was good, and the evening meal was excellent. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole organization was client-focused. Can't forget to mention the delicious sausages and mushrooms at breakfast. We will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is close to the airport but still quiet. the check-in process was easy and the rooms were clean and contemporary. the beds and linen were great and the bathroom was perfect. the food in the pub was delicious and the service was excellent. a great experience.

We were given a different room than we had booked, which was a bit disappointing. the noise from the adjacent room was also quite noticeable.

Lovely pub restaurant, welcoming staff, excellent accommodation, sun trap beer garden, beautifully presented room. Convenient parking, quiet and warm, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with plenty of towels and lovely toiletries. Intimate and personalized service, staff went out of their way to ensure comfort. Suggestion for later breakfast time and weekend deals/offers. Impressed with proximity to Donnington circuit. High quality furnishings, very spacious and modern bathroom. Friendly staff and delicious food. Individual rooms with own front door, colorful and well-kept outside area, enjoyed grassy area with picnic tables. Good real ale.

We had a fantastic stay at the Royal Oak! the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a solid feel to them. the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our questions about the local area. the food at the pub/restaurant was excellent, with a great selection of options for breakfast. We were especially impressed with the gastropub experience and the wide range of wines and local beers available. It's clear that the team takes pride in their work, from the efficient cleaning staff to the attentive serving crew. a well-managed operation and a truly enjoyable stay.

Rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped. the parking right outside the rooms was a bonus. the restaurant had a lovely menu with fresh and well-presented food. the breakfast was also worth staying for, especially the fruit soaked in honey with yogurt.

We couldn't stay longer as it was fully booked. the bar was busy, but the staff remained very friendly and attentive.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent food and wine selection, well-managed operation, convenient location with easy access to main roads, reasonable price.

The rooms aren’t that greatly soundproofed, so we could hear conversations and general noise as people came back to their rooms. It wasn’t a deal breaker though, and we still enjoyed our stay overall.
