my one night stay in kings lynn was truly exceptional. russet house went above and beyond, catering to our preferences, recommending must-visit places, and providing a cozy, period-style accommodation. roger, the warm host, made us feel at home and even assisted with our bags. ample parking and a delicious breakfast made it a delightful experience.

Shower controls need adjustment.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure our needs were met. the location was convenient, with a beautiful park nearby for relaxation. the room had some charming character and was a good size.

Another downside was the noise from outside traffic, which the windows didn't quite block out completely. These two issues slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

The value for money at Russet House was fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and had comfy beds. The location was great too, with plenty to see and beautiful beaches nearby. The staff, especially Roger and Vicky, were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

Wifi signal weak.

The breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, which was a nice touch. the parking facilities were convenient and I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. the location was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

There was no bar or lounge area to relax in the evenings. It would have been nice to have a space to unwind with a drink after a long day.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The Russet House was the perfect end to our holiday. the owner was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. Our room had character and was a good size, with windows that dealt adequately with outside noise. the atmosphere at breakfast was friendly, and there were enjoyable options like cereal and yoghurts. the garden area was pleasant, and the overall value for money was excellent.

We had booked our stay at Russet House in early February, but due to the unexpected storm, we had to cancel our plans. Roger, the host, was incredibly accommodating and understanding. He told us to keep in touch and when we finally confirmed our rescheduled visit, he happily accommodated us. Upon arrival, Roger was very welcoming, took our breakfast orders, and showed us to our warm and cozy rooms. He even recommended some great local places to eat. We had a peaceful night's sleep and enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. our stay at Russet House was fantastic, and we will definitely choose to stay again if we return to the area. Although our room was comfortable, the thin curtains could be improved with blackout curtains for better comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located, close enough to the town centre and the riverside where we found a lovely restaurant. The room was comfortable and had plenty of natural light. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, the hotel had a large car park, which was a bonus.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from updating and refreshing, such as the furniture in the rooms.
