The staff were lovely, the bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was superb. The breakfast buffet had a vast and fresh selection. The location was quiet with good parking. The view from the terrace was also very nice.

This hotel is perfectly located just above a picturesque lake, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. The rooms are amazing, with Juliet balconies that overlook the stunning grounds. The staff here are truly exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service throughout our stay. Another highlight is the breakfast, which offers a wide variety of delicious options. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of location, staff, and amenities.

One minor point that could be improved upon is the distance to the lake. It would have been ideal if the hotel were a bit closer, but this did not detract from our overall experience.

I also appreciated being slightly outside of the resort area, yet still within walking distance. it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in the Lakes.

It's also within walking distance from nearby amenities, which is a real bonus.
