We recently had a romantic escape in a picturesque Devon fishing village. The accommodation was exceptional, with a beautifully designed and fully equipped house. The spacious and comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, and the proper shower and plentiful towels were a bonus. We also appreciated the attention to detail, with a selection of books and games to enjoy. The location was perfect, with the house situated just a few minutes' walk from the bus stop and shops. We enjoyed having two pubs just seconds away and the reliable bus services allowed us to explore the surrounding areas easily.

While we loved our stay, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. One of the double bedrooms was a bit dark, and a lighter paint colour would have brightened it up.

We had the most amazing stay at Salt House on Fore Street. It's perfectly positioned in a central location, making it convenient to explore the area. The property is beautifully designed and spacious, comfortably accommodating six people. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we loved having the entrance lobby to store our belongings. Parking was convenient for unloading and there is a car park nearby. Communication with the owners was excellent, and we received a warm welcome from Jo. We can't wait to return in the future. 😊

Unbeatable city center location! Walkable to everywhere. Super-friendly owners, spacious master bedroom, and fascinating historic street. Two great pubs opposite for food/drinks.

Mind-blowing location, super spacious with comfy beds, hot showers, and a well-equipped kitchen. There's even a cool entrance room for beach gear and a surfboard rack. The friendly hosts made us feel right at home. Jaw-dropping decor and personal touches like fresh flowers and milk in the fridge. Communication was smooth, and everything we needed was provided including books, games, and plenty of towels. The nearby pub and easy access to shops and buses were a bonus. A truly memorable stay!
