I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Sandown, on the Isle of Wight. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the seafront and the city center. It was also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. a great place to stay on the Isle of Wight!

I did find that the shower pressure in the hotel was a bit low, which was a minor inconvenience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was only a few miles from the beach and close to the city center with some lovely restaurants. Plus, it wasn't too far up the hill from the beach, which was a bonus. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the free parking made it convenient for me to get around. Even outside of breakfast hours, I found that the location was easily accessible with public transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy B&B called Sandhill. The room was clean and comfortable with a newly refitted en suite. The beds were comfy and there were tea and coffee making facilities provided. The staff and guests created a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, just like being in a family member's home. The bar was well-stocked and reasonably priced, and they even had toys for the kids. I can't wait to visit again!

sandhill in sandown exceeded all expectations during our luxurious holiday. newly refurbished family room was spacious for 5. modern ensuite, friendly family owners, great breakfast, and convenient location. highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at The Sandhill in Sandown! The location was perfect, close to all the points of interest. The staff, Wendy, David, and Andy, were extremely helpful and gave great advice on places to eat and visit. The hotel is dog friendly, which was a big plus for us. The breakfast was delicious and generous. The rooms were nice and the atmosphere was relaxed. Ample parking and close to the beach and high street. Highly recommended!

Despite being a small hotel, the staff here are very friendly and provide excellent service. They are accommodating and go out of their way to meet individual requests. Moreover, the rooms are comfortable and clean, with basic amenities provided. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from each morning.

All in all, I couldn't find anything to dislike about this hotel.

The hotel's location was great, as it was very close to the bus station and easy to reach the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with breakfast forms and the room key upon our early arrival. Additionally, the rooms were clean and new, with comfortable beds and spotless bed linen.

We were disappointed that we were not informed that our room would not be cleaned or serviced during our weekend stay. Moreover, the £25 dog charge was excessive, as no extra cleaning was required and no dog bowl was provided. Also, the bathroom fan was extremely noisy and lasted over 20 minutes after switch off.

I had a great experience at Sandhill! the staff was friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early and providing a key and breakfast form. They even helped resolve a taxi mix-up. the location was convenient, close to the bus station and within walking distance of the beach and Shanklin. the bed and bathroom were clean and new.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from Sandown Beach and other attractions. It's also very convenient for transport links and close to the city center and some nice restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms, though on the smaller side, were comfortable and had all the basic amenities we needed. Additionally, the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice from the menu.

All in all, this hotel met our expectations and there was nothing major that needed improvement.

The room I stayed in was perfect for my needs and had a great view of the sea. The breakfast, which I preordered, was delicious and satisfying. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the beach and high street, was very convenient. The free on-site parking was a bonus too. I highly recommend Sandhill for a beach getaway with excellent customer service.
