Upon explaining my situation to Michelle at reception, she personally took it upon herself to salvage my vacation. She provided me with three different options for accommodations, ensuring that I had the opportunity to view each one before making a decision. The duplex suite I ultimately chose had a stunning view of the castle and the rates were excellent. The hotel's historical architecture and unique ambiance added to the charm of my stay.
