We had a fantastic stay at the country inn in the Cotswolds. The location was ideal for exploring the charming villages and countryside. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and had exceptional service from the friendly staff. The hotel offered a cozy lounge area with a grand fireplace. The nearby church was a beautiful sight to see after breakfast.

our recent family holiday in shipton under wychwood surpassed expectations. the crown was welcoming, staff were friendly, and the christmas decorations added a lovely touch. the food was fantastic, with attention to detail and modern comforts while maintaining the inn's charm.

I had a truly superb stay at this hotel. the buildings, a former monastic hostel, have been beautifully modernized while still retaining their historic features and ancient character. the owners and team were welcoming, discreet, and professional. It's a real find, with a distinct and rather wonderful personality. the staff deserves a 10 out of 10 for their friendliness and helpfulness. They even accommodated us with our 18-month-old baby without any inconvenience. the rooms were clean and beautiful, the breakfast was delicious, and overall, it was an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this place.

The breakfast is abundant and prepares you for exploring the area. The staff are welcoming and provide excellent customer service.

The Shaven Crown hotel is a unique and historic building steeped in history. The extensive renovations have brought it up to date while maintaining its charming character. The lobby with original oak beams and cobb walls is a gorgeous space. The mattress in our room was comfy, and the fitting and fixtures were of high quality. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options and prompt service. The location is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds.
