We recently stayed at The Sheldon B&B for our third visit in as many years. The hotel's quiet location was perfect for us, as it was close to town and local facilities. The owners were very hospitable and proud of their establishment. We found the price and comfort to be unbeatable compared to other hotels we've tried in the area. The breakfast room was tastefully furnished and offered plenty of choices. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, and the limited contact with the friendly staff made us feel safe during our stay.

We loved the peaceful location of the hotel, situated on a quiet road yet still close to the seafront, town center, and Towner art gallery. The staff were incredibly friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also provided free private parking, which was a brilliant bonus.

I was in Eastbourne for a short weekend getaway and the hotel was easy to get to, located just a short distance from Little Chelsea and South Street. One of the best features was the parking for every room, which made it convenient for me as I had driven to the hotel. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the breakfast was absolutely lovely. I will definitely be staying at The Sheldon B&B again, and next time I plan to try their omelette. Thank you once again for a great stay, and see you on Christmas Eve!

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and practically on the seaside. The hotel was situated in a residential area, which made it peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious, with tall ceilings and a large bay window that let in plenty of natural light. The comfortable seating and ample storage space were a bonus. I loved sipping my tea in the morning with the provided kettle, and the ensuite bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was convenient for staying connected. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a comfortable and restful night.

Service was okay, but nothing special. the room was clean and a decent size. the staff were moderately friendly, but not over-the-top. Location was good, close to the beach and places to eat. It was handy to have a free car park.

The breakfast was not great. A mediocre selection that was nothing out of the ordinary.
